Erosion Control

COIR BLANKETS

Erosion control blankets are made of coconut coir fiber with photo degradable or biodegradable top and bottom grids stitched up together forming a sandwich. Top and bottom layers hold coir fiber with the help of stitched yarn. The latest machinery we use in the manufacturing process helps us to manufacture the coir blankets to a very high standard. Since it’s rolled very tightly by the machine the length and width of the blankets are greater giving the customer more advantage. Advantages
• Bio-degradable and Eco friendly.
• Easy to install and maintain.
• UV resistant.
• Absorbing water and preventing top soil in dry seasons.
• High tensile strength and durability.
We could supply erosion control blankets with PP netting or PP / Jute combination.
Density - 300 GSM to 1000 GSM
Width - upto 2.4 meters
Length - upto 50 meters

COIR GEOTEXTILE (COCO NET)

Biodegradable, coir geotextile mats are manufactured using hand twisted yarn as well as machine spun twine. They are for all soil bioengineering and erosion control applications in stream banks, slopes, wetlands, hillside soils and golf course development. Advantages
* Environment friendly
* Will last long time before decomposing
* Very resistant to UV degradation as compared to
Synthetic mats
* Ability to handle high water velocities. - High water
absorption capacity of coir fiber promote seed germination
* Excellent results in Hydro seeding - Will decompose after a period of time leaving excellent mulch for the growing vegetation
* Cost effective compared to synthetic mats
Depending on its application and exposure, coco mat lasts upto five years. This extended longevity period allows enough time to establish adequate vegetation allowing erosion control the way nature intended.
Coco geotextile mats are available in standard sizes of:
Grade Width Length Warp/Weft Mesh Size
400 G/SM 2M 50M 28/20 4X4CM
700 G/SM 2M 50M 40/30 2X2CM

Apart from above standard specification, product can be tailor made to suit your specification.

COIR LOG (BIO LOG)

Coconut Coir logs are made from 100% natural coir fibers compressed into cylindrical mesh netting. Coir Logs will last upto 4-10 years and can be easily installed and will blend naturally into the environment over time.
Coir Logs are strong, yet flexible rolls which prevent soil erosion, hold mineral and organic particles and provide a stable structure for root growth.
Coir Logs are designed to withstand wave impact and storm water sheet flow forces, thus the preferred product for stabilization and re-vegetation of sites where you encounter steep slopes or exposure to waves or currents, causes instability.
They find applications in lake and seashores, stream banks and in deserts to prevent sand drifts.
Standard sizes are:
Diameter – 30cm, 50cm
Length – 3M, 6M
Weight – 30 kg, 40 kg

Coir Products COIR is a natural fib

COIR is a natural fiber extracted from coconut husk, the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The husk contains fiber. After grinding the husk the long fibers are removed and used for various industrial purposes. We manufacture coir ploes, coir pots, weed control mats ect.

COIR POLE

Coir pole is a plant support for plants with a vertical growth. They are manufactured using environment friendly coconut fibers. Largely used in plant nurseries, horticulture farms and indoor and outdoor horticulture.The high moisture retention capacity of the stick enables the roots of the plant to grip natural organic coir fiber.
Standard product dimensions
Pole diameter – 32 mm
Total diameter with coir wrap – 42 to 45 mm
Length – as specified by customer
Can be manufactured to suit customer specification.

COIR POTS

Coir Pots are made out of coconut husk fiber and bound together by natural latex as bonding agent to produce pots. It is manufactured in various sizes and shapes.Coir pot eliminates possible damage to roots in the process, as they can be planted directly in the ground.
Advantages
* Biodegradable
* Avoids transplant shock
* Holds more water, saves water
* Facilitate sample aeration

Weed Control Mats

The guards are made from coconut fiber, a 100% renewable resource. The volume of weeds will be reduced by 90 to 95%. This reduces labor and weed control chemical spray cost. Therefore it creates a healthy working environment. Nurseries that use overhead sprinklers will also benefit as water will not bounce off the guards. It will be trapped by the rough surface and then the water will immediately penetrate the discs. This will prevent waste and soil borne pathogen spreading.

COIR CUT FIBRE

This coconut fiber baling press is hydraulically operated and it compresses the loose fine coconut fiber into bales of fixed sizes and weights.
Fiber bales are not an end product. Fiber bales are used for manufacturing matresses, upholstery, cushioning, drainage filters and horse bedding.

COCO PEAT(COIR PITH)
Coco peat is the 'coir fiber pith' or 'coir dust' a bi-product produced when processing the coconut husks for extraction of long fiber from the husks. Coco peat is the binding material that comes from the fiber fraction of the coconut husk.
Coco peat can be used in seed starting mixes, bedding plants, soil mixes, gardens, container plants. Coco peat is a multipurpose growing medium that provides new opportunities for Potting Mix Suppliers, Seedling Nurseries, Hydroponic Growers & Golf Green Constructors.
We also specialize in manufacturing coco peat in different concentrated mixtures that enhances the growth of the plant. We mix the coco peat and husk chips in different concentrations and produce readymade grow mixtures. These grow mixtures are suitable for professional growers who looks for a greater crop. These ready mixtures are mainly suitable for vegetables and flowers. These products could be re used upto a period of 4 years.

Coco Peat Products

COIR BRIQUETTES (650 grams)

Coco Peat is a natural fiber made out of coconut husks. The extraction of the coconut fiber from husks gives the by-product called Coco Peat and it is a 100% natural growing medium. Coir waste is washed, heat-treated, screened and graded before being processed into Coco Peat products of various granularity and denseness, which are then used for horticultural and agricultural applications and as industrial absorbent. Coco Peat is usually shipped in the form of compressed bales, briquettes, slabs and discs. We can customize it to your specifications.
